Maestro Card — failed transaction amount not yet refunded | |||
I have swiped my debit card on 19/9/2018 to m/s indus motor co. Pvt. Ltd., cochin, kerala for rs.3, 700/- as per transaction number 318823. Amount debited from my account but transaction failed report is received to the vendor. 54 days passed by, the amount is not yet refunded to my account. I request your immediate and effective intervention in this regard. My details are as follows - name - shiraj p s, mob# [protected], email - [protected]@gmail.com and my account is with sbi, aluva.
