Dear Sir/Madam,

i have submitted the claims in the month of DEC-15 but still i didn't received.
i have applied it from hubli office (karnataka).
please let me know about the status as it is in process hence from jan-16.
and Hubli Office dont give clear information and all
they will say that we have to ask PF office it seems
