My last working day was 31st March but as of today dated 22nd may 2025, I haven't received my F&F settlement and experience letter....

I have been trying to reach Randstad PF department for generation of my UAN number as my exit from the Randstad was prior to UAN system came in place. Its been long follow up over emails and calls but not a single email from Randstad to provide solution for my query....

Dear Team,

My name is Dharamveer Singh Ranawat, I was employed with Randstad on 3rd October 2017 deputed at emids technologies. I was retained by emids as their employee on direct contract but I did not receive my experience letter from your side.

I require the joint declaration on my last working day as per the pf amount transferred to PF office OR experience letter to submit my PF transfer request in my current organization. I have already applied for the pf but it got rejected stating they require the above mentioned documents to correct the date of exit as per the last pf deposited by the employer, i need these documents as early as possible.

NOTE - As per the PF office the last transaction done by the employer was November 2017 only. Please clarify on my last date.

I have sent emails and also following up on daily basis on rtops.[protected]@randstad.in but no response no matter what.

Kindly help me on this due to medical emergency at home I need to withdraw my full amount but I am getting stuck here. I am unemployed since March of this year and in need of my pf amount to support my home because we are going through very tough time financially. Please help me here

I have been an ex employee of Randstad and has resigned with completion of all formalities. I have been trying to get in touch with the team regarding the procurement of Form 15G which is being asked by the EPFO portal for full PF withdrawal. However even after sending multiple emails I haven't got a concrete solution and due to which my money is stuck and I am running around being helpless.

My issue is with respect to PF balance as Randstad has deducted EPS contribution and made me EPS member even though that is not required as employee who is having basic salary below 15000 can become EPS member, due to that I am showing as an EPS member and not able to transfer my pf amount in the current organization's PF account.

after discussing with my current employer i have received response below
'' Your EPS issue is from your First organization (Randstad) so please reach out to them and request them to submit Form3A (contribution correction letter) and clarification letter to their registered PF office to do the correction, once the correction is completed then only you are allowed to transfer the PF fund in to current PF account, otherwise your transfer request will be rejected''

Could you please do the needful as its a highly sensitive matter as I am in need of money.

I have been following up with a company since a month to have my data modified. I have submitted all the relevant documents but not receiving any response from company since a month.

When I joined Randstad they deposited money to my EPS account along with EPF. Now I have left the company more than a year before post that I tried to transfer my PF from Randstad to my current company but I was not able to as my salary was more then 15000 rs so they asked to raise a issue with randstad as they need to rectify the issue. I raised a ticket in Jan till date my PF issue is still not resolved. They are not even providing any update on it as well. Its been more than 8 months.

After 4 months with Randstad, I have been made into permanent job role with Sutherland. Now I have resigned from Sutherland and I wanna tranfer my PF account with Randstad to Sutherland one. I have applied for of account transfer with EPFO website and Randstad hasn't approved it yet. It is still pending at previous employer. I would like it to be approved sooner. Please do the needful.

Hi i have resigned on 02-05-23 from Randstad and it's approved also. I have got a mail saying that u have been relieved and the full and final settlement will be done within 45 working days. It has been nearly 75 working days but i haven't received the FNF. And i have emailed the helpdesk and first they said the HRD is working on it. From July 3rd they are not responding to the mails also. I have sent so many mails and the help line number...

I dropped multiple emails to [protected]@randstad.in and ask.[protected]@randstad.indescribing my problem with PF account merging with my current employer.
Till date I haven't received any concrete response from any of the employees who come under this group. Every time I see new ticket or incident will be filed and will go in to infinity loop with out any concrete action. Even after providing details like employment...

I am not able to transfer my epf since 2019 and still struggling with same issue

Initially issue was ) WAGES ABOVE RS 15000/- PENSION PAID, PLEASE CLARIFY THE PREVIOUS SERVICE 2) PREVIOUS PF ACCOUNT NO IS NOT CORRECT/MENTIONED but after many followup and submitting document more then 4 5 times they are list concerned about my issue. I could have died in these 5 years and gone through with horrible issue with COVID time and still they are saying there is an issue and all the time they are giving excuse that we have submitted the document but till now I am not able to transfer the issue and now the EPFO office gave the below reason:
