India Today — Non receipt of free Subscription Gift

Hi, My Subscription ID is GHK1601012. I had renewed my subscription in Feb/March 2013 for 2 years and was promised a Free Makeupset as Subscription Gift. It was to be delivered in 7 to 8 weeks. Till now I did not recieve it and have mailed '[protected]@intoday.com' with no response. I also did not receive the June 2013 copy of the magazine. I also want to add that I called up the Customer service. They said there is no Gift mentioned in the system for my account and they will forward my request to the Gift department to check.
I had renewed my subscription on 7th March, 2013 for Rs1560 (2 yrs) over the phone. Good Housekeeping can check the Gift mentioned in the Feb/March GHK Editions and pls let me know why this was missed out in the system.
