Network18 Publishing — the magazines not delivered for 2 months for a 1 year subscription

Hi Team,

I have registered for the Network18publishing for Better Photography magazine for 1 year from July 2013 to June 2013. But i have not received any of the books yet. May I know the reason why the books not yet sent to my address ??. I have got the letter from Network18publishing regarding my acknowledgement to the registration.

Please kindly get back to me on this.
