Network18 Publishing — Refund of cancelled engineering expo shows scheduled in 2014

We Precision Machine Corp, we have participated in all the shows “Engineering Expo” hosted by Network 18 publishing from 2011 till 2014.

In 2014, we booked all the shows and gave advance payment for every show but your last 2 shows got cancelled and till date we have not got the refund of Rs. 70, 000/-(Seventy thousand only) we have taken follow ups with Mr Ashish Sahay and every time we got a same response that the refund is in process and it’s been 18 months we have not got the refund as promised by him.
we have also send several emails to Mr Kamal Bishi at kamal.[protected]@network18publishing.com, but never responded on this issue.

We, therefore request you to kindly look in to this matter and process the refund as soon as possible.
