Maggi — Concern regarding tampering of noodle packets

I would like to report a serious issue regarding possible tampering of Maggi noodles packets that I have recently purchased. I noticed that some packets had small cuts or openings on the backside, which raised concerns about their safety. The noodles inside had an unusual and unpleasant smell, different from the normal Maggi aroma, and the tastemaker (masala) also smelled different. When cooked, the noodles emitted a bad odor, making them unfit for consumption. This issue has occurred multiple times over the past few months, leading me to suspect either improper handling, storage problems, or circulation of tampered or counterfeit products. I request that this matter be investigated urgently to ensure product safety and quality.
