Magicart — Customer care not refunding money after confirmation also | |||||
HI, On 5th Nov, 15 I got a reply from the MagicCart cust care with following message Magicart Customer Care Verified User on Nov 5, 2015 Verified Support dear sir compony already make your benefit amount but u did't pay charges thats why compony do refund your amount. and your amount will be refund within a weak. thanks & regards Magic art I will surely file a FIR against your site . http://www.magicart.in As discussed Total amount is Rs 21, 500 which includes Rs 5999/= (Order Cancellation)+Rs.15, 500/=(Price claim tax + TDS amount). I will raise an FIR compliant against the Branch holder if they don't return my money . Attached is the Proof for Transactions . IFSC Code: BARB0KHORAX Bank: Bank Of Baroda account holder name-nrf a/c- [protected] ifsc - barb0khorax branch -khoda colony Till the time I do not receive my money, being a customer I am cheated by Magicart. They are again saying it will will take more time as by now I would have got back my money ..I:e 21, 500 They are also using AXIS BANK Message and promising to deposit the BENEFIT AMOUNT ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE BANK CLEARANCE MONEY of 8000/-.. I have also got this exact Message from the Site - Online Shopping from the AXIS BANK Message Box . I spoke to the Customer Care executive and they said its a Fraud and they don't have Bank charge for Clearance etc to clear the amount. BH-AXISBK - SUBJECT NAME EXACT MESSAGE. Dear Customer, Your a/c no.XXXXXX7775 has been credited INR95000.00 info by NEFT on 04/11/2015. Transaction ref no.is IN25254564 check account for balance.it will be cleared with in 4 hours .
