[Resolved]  MagicBricks — Ad money collected , address not posted

Hi. It's complet dishonest and reckless behaviour by you customer care executives

I have taken package in magic bricks on 31*01*22 by paying Rs 4614 and uploaded my ad. In that the locality is wrongly mentioned as TADA TIRUPATHI but Original address is TADA NELLORE .
I called customer care and explained same thing. They said after 24 hours of ad you can change that . So I said ok.

Then some o[censored]r executive called me and requested me to upgrade package even though I said no number of time she called so many times . So ultimately I paid Rs 4000 more and upgraded to plaitinum pro . Total i paid Rs 8416 .

So I requested her to change the locality of the ad..she said she did it and told me after 24 hours you can agaia make changes .

But I am gett mails that your property is not visible for customers. Now I can see 2 adds were in my orders. One is tirupathi address and second is Nellore address..

I told prachi se thing . She told me she will adjust it .

Now after 8 days she is not responding and other custocare executive telling me that I can't change locality after 48 hours.

I didn't post the 2 add . Your executive did this . I paid cash but not even a single response came from you or customer..I have all evidences with me .

I want to you to change the locality and address soon.
Otherwise I will go to consumer court or higher courts ..

I have all evidences with me .
I won't stop here.
I will report cheating case on your company.
