I have taken paid services to find rental properties in mumbai, have been assured by cutomer care rep krishna from Noida that it will allow me to fetch 10 +5 contact details of owners to find a property but after payment I was not able to dowwnload the contact details of owners, there was always system error where as I can download agent details in one click.

I also wrote complaint on the available email id & available channels...

Whenever you call Magic Bricks at any time of the day there is no response. I have an issue.
Having taken Titanium package, I am unable to view m property listings. I paid on 4th Feb and till date I have not been able to access. Nobody cares to resolve the issue. Not a single email regarding enquiry is sent.
Want to know if anyone is there to really fix or this is a BOGUS company...

I had taken a planned packagee from Magic Bricks for rent of my property in Chenaai on 4th Fab 2026. Till date I am not able to access my property listing, nor able to view the contents, picutres uploaded or any enquiry from customers.
Everyday, I am calling and sending emails to them to resolve but no proper resolution nor is it fixed.
I am requesting them to either provide service, or refund the money or provide service...

I subscribed to TITANIUM rental listing package on Jan 15 and had several issues with the listing. I raised a ticket #2961841 and no one cares to help on this. Its almost a month waiting and so far no response.

I had shortlisted 28 properties on Magicbricks for rent and then, a MB executive called me for subscription purchase to view contacts. Now, I have taken the subscription and just after that, all properties disappeared and no contact is getting viewed. When I press, a pop up starts downloading but immediately gets closed. No response from team...

I hope no one goes to magic bricks to sell property, there are better and cheaper options.

I tried to login to my magicbricks account the error you have exhausted maximum attempts allowed for OTP verification for today.Today only one otp came and when i entered otp attached error came.The error persists since yesterday.I am unable to login toy account.After buying titanium pro benefit the issue has arised.i contacted customer care number[protected].Some RAKESH PATRA(name of customer service executive as provided by him) assisted me and when finally he was unable to resolve my issue told me that you have no issue in your magicbricks account and asked me to make video recording of my mobile phone and send to magicbricks.I can’t understand why i should send sensitive information like video recording of my mobile phone to magicbricks??? I had availed services of digital rent agreement drafting from Magic Bricks. However, as my company HR policy, I am required to submit notarised copy of the agreement.
