I had availed services of digital rent agreement drafting from Magic Bricks. However, as my company HR policy, I am required to submit notarised copy of the agreement. There are scammers on MagicBricks who are verified on the site and this does not even have a review section for these facilities. One of them is this PG, Krishna PG (Owner's name Navneet Agrawal: +91 [protected]). These people take 8k from each person just for visiting the property in the name of creating a visiting card and the PG also doesn't exist. If the property doesn't even exist, how is MagicBricks even doing the verification?...
