Magicpin — Id terminate issue

I operated my restaurant through Magicpin for about three to four years. However, they delisted my restaurant and are now demanding money for relisting it. They insist that if I want my restaurant relisted, I must subscribe to a business growth plan, which requires a payment. Magicpin — Incorrect products were delivered

I had incorrect products delivered. Instead of picking the product and providing me refund, I was given partial refund stating the delivered product was of this price so we are refunding the remaining amount. I have requested multiple times to pick the product as I am allergic to those which were delivered and they can pick them and provide me refund. However, they kept sending the same response stating they have refunded the remaining amount...
