I ordered pizza and sandwich from Magicpin and they served me uncooked food. Sandwich i eat because it can be eaten in uncooked but Pizza we eat 2 peace and another 2 peach we can't eat that.

      On 5th March i purchased 500 rupees Bhujbal bandhu Hotel Apulki, karve nagar, pune coupon, after sometime I cancel this coupon and refund initiated.after long time on 10th March at 13:40PM it's shows your money are refund.but still time that refunded account not credited in my bank account my money get stuck.

        I have purchased a voucher with expiry of 15days but unable to use it nor refund it in time. I put a request to refund it but denied. Is It legal to sell voucher in India now as no services is provided in return?
        I put a request to refund it in 2 days. They have refunded the voucher in the past for same action but this is the exception.

          I have purchase a coupon but it is not applicable. It shows it is expired or invalid.
          But I buy it recently and it is expired after 7 days.. please resolve this issue or send my magic points back.

            I bought 8 vouchers of Dakkhan hotel Narhe Pune worth rs 2000 each from Magicpin App. When I visit hotel they refused to accept multiple coupons at same time. However it is not mentioned in their terms and conditions. They redeem only 1 coupon. When I raise complaint against the merchant magicpin customer care is unable to resolve my issue. I paid bill worth Rs 18195 however as per coupon amount should be 12554. Because of this pathetic service my loss is around 6k and they are just offering me 350 coupons. Plz resolve my issue

              I have purchased a voucher from magicpin of their listed vendor but when i went their the name of the vendor was different and even reviews given by magicpin was of different vendor even they were not aware of the vendor details properly. Secondly, magicpin customers were getting cheated by the vendor as vendor was charging higher prices to them and providing less weight things to the customer, applying new stickers to hide previous rates...

                  I tried to buy a meal of rupees 267 with using 48 supercoins and 255 rupees from the Paytm wallet and i did the transaction but the transaction got failed, but money got debited from the account, so I contacted both magicpin and Paytm they responded like Paytm says merchant should approve for chargeback and magicpin care says Paytm should give the refund if the transaction is failed, iam literally feeling useless support from their side it's been 24 hours since transaction.please help me with it.

                      On 4th December 2022 I paid a bill from gPay and my money was deducted but magicpin showed as transaction failed and that the money will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. I have not yet received the money. I contacted twidpay and they confirmed the transaction was completed and I should contact magicpin for the refund.

                      Magicpin provided no resultion. They asked me to contact payment gateway company and ask for my refund. Even though I paid on magicpin, I had to chase a third party company to get my money.

                        I have placed my order using magicpin for the restaurant Dilli To Dakshin
                        North Indian, Street Food, Beverages

                        My money got debited from the bank but order was not placed also confirmed with restaurant they said no order with such details is placed.

                            I bought sales package by magicpin for Rs 14200 with online sales guarantee of Rs 34000 by magic pin during period of 6 months starting 12 January 22 till 11 July 22
                            Magic pin also charged marketing expense and delivery commission of food items during said period
                            The company miserably failed to meet targets and did not even make any visible efforts to drive sales during said period
                            The sales achieved was just close...

                            This is to inform you that i agreed to buy package for Rs 14200 on a post paid mode for 6 months starting 12 January 2022 till 11 July 22. During this time magic pin was supposed to deliver Rs 34000 worth of business.
                            The contract ended on 11 July with a sale of approx 15000 yet magic pin continued ti deduct payments till Oct when alarm was raised
                            By then magic pun recovered full 14200 with a sale of approx 18000 and overall...

After that i went down to my building ground floor and waiting for my food...

                                After waiting for almost an hour for the order, I called the delivery agent numerous time but it kept saying busy and after a while when he picked up he said that he cannot find my address so he is returning the food to the restaurant. The delivery agent didn’t even call me once to ask for directions instead I had to call him. When I called the restaurant they are also not picking up and Magicpin is not doing anything about the refund of ₹322 .
                                My order number is #43555493.
                                I am never gonna order from Magicpin ever again. Worst experience ever !
