On 4th December 2022 I paid a bill from gPay and my money was deducted but magicpin showed as transaction failed and that the money will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. I have not yet received the money. I contacted twidpay and they confirmed the transaction was completed and I should contact magicpin for the refund.

Complaint marked as Resolved Magicpin provided no resultion. They asked me to contact payment gateway company and ask for my refund. Even though I paid on magicpin, I had to chase a third party company to get my money.
