I had ordered a garden hose worth Rs 1000/- on 23 May 2022 and instead the item delivered on 25 May 2022 is something like a cotton curtain buckle worth not more than Rs 100. The order option chosen was cash on delivery and since I was not home, the neighbors collected it and paid for it.
I tried to call the support no. given on the website and that number ([protected]) does not exist. I also sent an email on [protected]@magixkart.com but there is no response as yet.
I request for a refund at the earliest.
