I have a commercial vehicle, and I claimed for loss and get my vehicle repaired due to flood, As per discussion with the insurance company and Surveyor I am repaired my vehicle at my cost and I am filed all the Bills and expenses to Insurance company total amount Rs. 45000₹, but they settled totally very unsatisfactory amount by their own assessment of Rs. 19200. For that I appealing for the recover my loss atleast 80% of the total expenses.
