I have a commercial vehicle, and I claimed for loss and get my vehicle repaired due to flood, As per discussion with the insurance company and Surveyor I am repaired my vehicle at my cost and I am filed all the Bills and expenses to Insurance company total amount Rs. 45000₹, but they settled totally very unsatisfactory amount by their own assessment of Rs. 19200. For that I appealing for the recover my loss atleast 80% of the total expenses....

Such a horrible experience with Magma HDI General Insurance Company Limited. Specially from the company employees likes insurance surveyor Amit Kumar (+[protected], Circle Head Dinesh Kumar ( +[protected]. They dont have a sense to talk with the customer. Even they don't interested to listen, handle customer issue problems. When I reach their support team they have one answer, We will call you in 4 hours & after this they don't help you in your case. So its my humble request to every person get buy the insurance from Magma Magma HDI General Insurance Company Limited. Otherwise they will mentally harass you.

& Its my humble request to everyone don't buy any insurance specially Bike & Car Insurance from this Company, otherwise you will get harass mentality from this company & company employees.

Accident of my car happens on dated 2nd of june 2020 by my driver and i had registered a claim on next day. After 15-20 days later mr. Amiya kumar employee of above said company drop a mail to me and asked for abstract of driving license of my driver raj kumar stating that since the dl is manual so you have to get extract from dto then only he will process the claim and the same he continuously misguided me, when i escalate to his senior mr. Prakash samal he (Mr. Amiya) closed my case my putting rejection reason is "required documents are not submitted", resulting i had paid 1.50 lacs in cash to the company on behalf of my car repairing. My question is why the customer get abstract of dl from dto, is this our responsibility to do so? I had already showed the original one at the time of claim.
