Magnum Honda — regarding the refund amount of rs.3000 | |||||
Hello team, Complaint on magnum honda, kanakapura, bangalore. Regs office: akshara motors pvt ltd, kankapura, bangalore. Payment made for a part in advance on 15th oct 2017. I have made an advance payment to magnum honda in bangalore for a part to my vehicle and waited for a month, they didn't get back to me till one month and later they told to that they will refund the amount back to me in one week. Till today its been more than 3 months, every time i am calling them they are giving new reasons for the refund and till date the refund is not yet done. Mayur Bansal, Harjot Singh, SR PATIL, are systematically playing fraud. Honda spares, services are nothing but scam. They repair nothing, but change everything for 4 to 10 times more price. Total thieves.
Same way they looted me in Road side Assistance subscription, So many times called never got any assistance, So much waste of money. Cheating customers on the name of RSA which never works. In India road side mechanics are much faster, efficient and knowledgeable . This looters from Honda are good for nothing except to pickpocket your money. My car is parked from 1 year without any help. they need to refund 20000 Rs fraudulently taken for service and RSA
