I am fail to understand how much employee is dissatisfied. How management team is working, that they are not able to see what exactly team leaders are doing. I know for the fact that everywhere shrinkage and attrition pressure is there but to avoid or to reduce anyone can not pressurize to good employee who are working for you all. I can say that this responsibility completely belongs to HR. I am not questioning on your team capability, every HR person needs to see employee leaves availability and should be questioned with employees that are they getting leaves from there supervisors. Look guys this is my suggestion that such kind of things only make perception in market and this is the reason the new hires used to think and they don't take job seriously. Every new hires make image in a month and they start reacting accordingly about the company. Guys someone my closest one is working with organisation and whatever she told me till yet that are completely negative things and always struggling with supervisors. I am also a part BPO only and somewhere working in same stream since last 10 years but I can say pathetic response in Magus. Please dig in with employees and understand the critical. Because everyone is not saying anything as everyone is in aura that supervisor will make some issues and terminate the employee. I have just given my opinion post 2 years of observation on Magus in Noida. Means working for Homeshop18. Every employee matters I believe and they should be valued.
