Magzter — cancelling magzter gold subscription

I had subscribed for magzter gold subscription. I want to cancel it now as they are auto deducting the monthly fees without ny permission, however, there is no way to do that from their app or website. I tried twice the customer support to cancel the auto-renewal of magzter gold subscription.

Till date no response from magzter.

Hi, im having the same issue like the above, still trying to cancel my auto-renewal subscription but i cant seem to do that theres no option for cancelling. And one more thing i just checked my history bnk acc why do your company deduct twice with the same amount on my bank account this month without my consent? This is absurd and unacceptable! Pls cancel my subscription asap.

I have sent couple of emails to contact us + help us platform to cancel my auto renewal option but no response, and all this i have been doing past couple of months now.
This is getting really annoying now, no one likes unnecessary deduction from the bank account.

Can i request for help from the Magzter team.

I see that the auto renewal of your Gold plan is already cancelled and the amount that was charged to your account is voided.

The amount should be credited to your account within 5 to 7 business days.

Looks to be your this is a recurring problem for all who wanted to cancel the auto renewal. I tried cancelling the renewal last week, as i got the confirmation screen. Since i did not receive any notification email, rechecked the status and found autorewal is still active.

It can be the strategy of Magzter or you application having bug. As you see many reported before and still the issue exists.

I already sent email to [protected]@magzter.com. Got the response (auto) with case number. Hence sharing here for your active update.

I made a request to cancel my magzter gold auto renewal 2 days ago and still haven't recieved a confirmation for the same even though the time frame was for 48 hours.

Case #00492100, Case #: 00492058, Have raised multiple tickets to disable autorenewal from my account associated, but they just keep dragging without responding properly. Really disappointed. Please deactivate my autorenewal of all subscriptions. Deactivate my subscription!
