    I have canceled the auto-renewal of Magzter gold in June. It showing it has been canceled, but again money was deducted from my account in July.
    I have registered a case.

          2000 rupees have been deducted from my account without permission . Stop doing this fraud magzter. Your have no right to auto renew without my permission . Refund my money right away or I will file a legal case against your company .

            I have subscribed to magzter magazine one year back and magzter has renewed the subscription without my permission for rs.999. I have made complaints to their help desk as the subscription. They have not responded to my complaints and they have renewed without sending any mails or asking permissions. and they don't given any options to unsubscribe their magazine. i have wrote mails asking for refund and cancellation of my subscription. No one is responding to my mails. very bad customer service.

              I am not able to cancel auto renewal. I am being charged monthly for the gold subscription.

                  It is regarding subscription that got auto renewed. The receipt number is MGS[protected]. Please cancel the subscription and refund my money. I tried cancelling it earlier but it didn't happen. I am not interested to continue. There is no way one can stop auto renewal of subscription. #poorservice

                    This is with respect to the unauthorized charge to my Credit Card account on October 21, 2020 to the extent o[censored]SD 5.44 (INR 399), with Receipt Reference No. # MGS[protected].

                    I neither requested nor authorized the above charge to my card account. Magzter has unilaterally gone ahead and debited me, without any prior information or notification to me, which makes the said transaction unauthorized and illegal.

                    I had purchased ONLY a one-month subscription, purely on a trial-basis, on September 22, 2020 (Receipt Ref No. # MGS[protected]. Magzter has illegally stored my Card account details and charged me once again, without my consent. I did not, and do not, want to continue any subscription to Magzter beyond the initial 1-month period.

                    I want Magzter to immediately reverse the above mentioned charge of INR 399 / USD 5.44 and confirm to me about the reversal.

                    I would also like to highlight that such unilateral manner of debiting without consent and not being transparent, is an absolutely unethical and illegal business practice.

                    Only after visiting this Forum I was appalled to see that this issue has been rampant, and Magzter does not appear to have taken a single step to resolve this recurrent issue.

                    I've sent an email at [protected]@magzter.com and I got an auto-response with the below complaint reference: Case #: 00471995

                    Magzter should immediately refund the charges without further delay.

                    Magzter should also cease and desist from adopting such unethical, illegal business practices and preying upon unsuspecting Indians.

                      I have subscribed to mad magazine one year back for rs.999 and magzter has renewed the subscription without my permission for rs.1499. I have made numerous complaints to their help desk as the subscription was not populating in my ipad app. They have no responded to my complaints and they have renewed for a higher price when i have no use of the subscription.

                      This is same for me as well, Magzter subscription auto deducted money from my card. In there website the cancellation link never works. Its a very worst experience. I need my money back.

                          Always getting the error to read any magazine as "download limit exceeded. Same magazine cannot be downloaded more than 5 devices". I have not downloaded on other devices. Removed magzter app on any other devices. Still, shows the error. No response from magzter support. If magzter app won't work on fire hd, they can mention it rather than false promises

                            Had subscribed for magzter gold subscription in APRIL 2019. I want to cancel it now as they are auto deducting the monthly fees without ny permission, however, there is no way to do that from their app or website.

                            It is very dissapointing that they are not even replying on several emails i've sent them.

                            I found on my bank statement and found that they are auto-debiting. I feel cheated with their dirty policies.

                            Please look into this request.

                                    I subscribed to magzter gold and failed to cancel this subscription. They keep on withdrawing money using the credit card detail provided to them.
                                    This is nasty trick of fooling people. There is no provision of cancelling the subscription from website. Before charging the amount, there is no notification informing the charge.
                                    I have written to their help desk but without any success.

                                      I recently bought magzter family plan for 1499/-. They said it can be shared with upto four family members. But now i'm unable to share it with anyone as i don't see any option under my family. A couple of year back, a relative had shared his subscription with me. But it has expired since 2 yrs back, but under my family, it still shows me that the "[protected]@gmail.com shared his subcription..." this should have been absolutely separate because this i shelled out the money.
                                      On top of that, there is absolutely no way for me to reach their customer care for such technical issues.
                                      What should have been a simple issue has been unneccesarily made complicated by lack of customer support.

                                        cancelling magzter gold subscription

                                        I had subscribed for magzter gold subscription. I want to cancel it now as they are auto deducting the monthly fees without ny permission, however, there is no way to do that from their app or website. I tried twice the customer support to cancel the auto-renewal of magzter gold subscription.

                                        I have subscribed magzter gold for one year with 4 family members to share @ rs. 999/- will autorenewal at same price for one year will entitle 4 family members also to read. Presently subscription for one year @ rs 999/ only one person can read the magazines, earlier 4 family members were able to read. Please clarify if renewal this year for one year @ rs 999/- will enable other family members to read, otherwise i may cancel autorenewal.

                                          I had taken a Magzter Gold subscription offer a year ago with [protected]@gmail.com as my account id. I was extremely dissatisfied with the product (difficult downloads) and hardy ever used it. Unfortunately, i had done a credit card purchase and so Magzter had my credit card details.

                                          I wasn't aware that the subscription was up for renewal since the subscription was hardly considered worth using. I had already written off my loss on this bad purchase decision. However on the annual renewal date, i was surprised by a text message that my account was charged by Magzter. Please note that there was no prior email or text notifications to warn / notify me that y account would be charged soon. This despite the fact that Magzter otherwise routinely spams my account with their promotion emails.

                                          Had i known that Magzter would again charge me, i would have even ventured to cancel my credit card!!!. I have written back to them for a refund for a subscription that i have no intention of ever using but all i have got is an assurance to the effect is that that they wont charge me again next year in 2018!. As if i am not going to delete my magzter account about 11 months prior to that!!. And they have also promised me store credits which probably would have been better deployed in improving their product and customer response.

                                          I don't want to be a forced Magzter customer. I clearly want a refund for a product that i don't want!. I didn't sign-up to buy a 2 year subscription with payment every year so any renewal has to happen with my explicit permission just prior to charging my credit card.
