I hv renewed my subscription on 2nd February 2021 for one year by paying Rs.2, 499/- I have received an intimation from my bank today saying that a payment of Rs.989/- hv taken by you which is without my knowledge or intimation. Can you please tell me how can you take money from my account without my permission. Now all together I hv paid Rs.3, 488/- to you and why?
