    Subscribe unlimited in 1999 RS for 1 year... But not able to some magazine like chankya ni pothi Gujarati & English version . Many times complain in magzter help team .. but after 36 hrs no body can resolve my problem & not refunded my money. I m very stressed feel. So plz solve it .

I hv renewed my subscription on 2nd February 2021 for one year by paying Rs.2, 499/- I have received an intimation from my bank today saying that a payment of Rs.989/- hv taken by you which is without my knowledge or intimation. Can you please tell me how can you take money from my account without my permission. Now all together I hv paid Rs.3, 488/- to you and why?         I have paid Rs.1999 for annual subscription through intermile promotion on 12/02/2021 but subscription not started.I lodged the complain same through their app and I got the automated reply through email that my issue will be taken care of in 72 hours by their team but they didn't respond.           I always thought magzter to be a good company, but i realized its a fraud after subscription. I wish to cancel autorenewal of my subscription but no option on web and app. I havbe written multiple mails but no reply.

          I had mailed on the official mail id of master helpdesk since 16/07/20 as they charged me rs.999 on 17/07 for magzter gold subscription without having my consent.

          Magzter doesn't have collection of all newspapers & latest updated magazines which are required in day to day life & even it is not as useful for me & my family. I had tried this for 3 months & than tried to contact magzter but no source but only mail & that too no response from their side.

          It's totally loot & no use o[censored]sing such app.
          They are not responding to the mail since it has been more than 48 hrs & i had mailed them again to give a reply but, still no response. Kindly escalate this on high level & kindly get my refund back & make the cancellation of the subscription.

            I am subscriber of Magzater gold. Previously I was reading all magazines and news papers but for the last three days I am not able to read any magazine, Magazines appear on the screen of my laptop but when I click to read, the page becomes blank. there is no problem in reading newspapers. why it is happening ?. However I have no problem in reading on my mobile.

                My reference number is magz578147.

                I don't know what the company is doing. My money has been deducted without any alert. Is this is way to treat customers.
                It feels like i have been looted. I want my money back along with cancellation of auto renewable.
                I have seen people are having same concern with this website so i please request you to take action and provide us option to cancel subscription.

                You should also send prior alerts to customers so that they can actions accordingly.

                I am not using this site anymore and for me this service is useless. So i request please refund my amount as i don't want to waste my hard earned money.

                It is not accepted if my money is gone i will raise my issue on every possible social platforms.

                Hoping for the best and i am expecting quick response from your side.
                Any updates on this.. I faced same in 2021

                  I am a subscriber of magzter for the past few years and i have always subscribed for it directly through their website. I read magzter on their app on my ipad. My subscription was due for renewal on july 23, 2019. While i was thinking to subscribe for the next year i was shocked to see my magzter subscription activated for another year through auto renewal via my itunes which i had never opted for. The subscription according to their website is rs. 999 but these guys have deducted rs.4000 for the same.

                  I have written to their [protected]@magzter.com email to kindly cancel my subscription and refund my amount but they are not doing it giving some lame excuse that they can’t refund something which has been paid through itunes.

                  I never knew they had such a bad customer care. I at any cost want my subscription cancelled and get the amount refunded.

                      I have opted to subscribe for Magzter Gold for 1 year offered at Rs. 999 and accordingly effected payment using State Bank of India Internet Banking portal on 29.11.2018 vide reference No.[protected]/GAEVXHYV8. I booked this using my email id "[protected]@gmail.com" and one time password (OTP) generated against it. Though the payment was successful, the credit is not appearing in my account.
                      Since this offer is time bound and expiring today i.e. 30.11.2018, I had to make payment once again today and the subscription is accepted.
                      In view of above, please refund the amount paid on 29.11.2018 as per reference given in the first paragraph of this email immediately.

                              Installed the 'magzter' app on my new fire hd tablet. I keep getting the following error msg while trying to read or download any magazine. The error msg -
                              "download limit exceeded. Same issue can not be downloaded in more than 5 devices."

                              At present, i am using 'magzter' only on one device, ie., my phone.
                              The fire hd tablet is the 2nd device i have been trying to use 'magzter' without much success.

                                I dont even remember when did i subscribe and as far as i remember i had only subscribed for one month.
                                But this month, magzter has auto deducted my account, i want a refund and cancellation of any auto-deduct mode that has been activated.
                                I am unable to find any link to do so. Please help.

                                  I had subscribed for magzter gold subscription in august, 2017. I want to cancel it now as they are auto deducting the monthly fees without ny permission, however, there is no way to do that from their app or website.

                                  It is very dissapointing that they are not even replying on several emails i've sent them.

                                  I found on my bank statement and found that they are auto-debiting. I feel cheated with their dirty policies.

                                      I have purchased Magzter gold for Rs 3999 on Nov 03. Screenshot attached. When downloading a magazine issue on Nov 10 Rs 60 has been deducted from my account. Now as per company my order expiry date is 11 Dec 2016 instead of 03 Nov 2017. I want to remain on subscription issue till Nov 2017. The same is reqd to clarify at company end. Hope I will get feedback at the earliest.

                                        They charged me rs 370 /- for FREE gold subscription.

                                        Customer executive said they found that amount deducted for free trial but cannot refund.
                                        No refund option available even for wrong deductions.

                                        Only store credit is available and can't renew subscription with store credit.

                                        It's a scam.
                                        False advertisement as
                                        1) "FREE 30 day trial"
                                        2) deduct amount
                                        3) trap into store credit.

                                          Sir,
                                          Magzter deducted Rs 399 from my paytm wallet without consent. I never subscribed to it for the second month. How can they charge me for a product I don't want.
                                          Emails to both Magzter and PayTM were futile. They never wanted to return the money in the first place. It was a pre-planned scam.

                                          Kindly, instruct Magzter / Paytm to refund the amount.
