Magzter — urgent: unable to share magzter subscription with family | |||||
I recently bought magzter family plan for 1499/-. They said it can be shared with upto four family members. But now i'm unable to share it with anyone as i don't see any option under my family. A couple of year back, a relative had shared his subscription with me. But it has expired since 2 yrs back, but under my family, it still shows me that the "[protected]@gmail.com shared his subcription..." this should have been absolutely separate because this i shelled out the money. On top of that, there is absolutely no way for me to reach their customer care for such technical issues. What should have been a simple issue has been unneccesarily made complicated by lack of customer support. My order id is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
