[Resolved]  Maha E Seva Kendra — delayed in income certificate

I applied for domicile and income certificate in savarkar nagar theane (W) maharashtra on 14 november 2018 i got my domicile certificate but on 16 november 2018 i submit him form with proper documents one of his helper check that document and ensure that this document is okay then personally mahes rane the agent said me that i will take care of it then after 4, 5 days my mom went to ask for that income certificate then he check and said that passport size photo is not there but he did not told me that when i submitted the form that means after 2 days he still not sent the form for further process and not inform us after that we gave him photo then he said after 8 or 9 days income certificate will come so yesterday i went to his office said said your certificate not came and today i want that certificate in my college for scholarship 28 november 2018 is the last date which is today
