I have applied for the ration card RC number & Bharat Ayushman witb Abha cards for 3 family members at CSC Islampur Tal. Walva, Dist . Sangli near Tahail office & paid Rs. 500 to the CSC owner Mr. Jayant Pawar (mobile number +[protected] on Friday 16th August evening. But now when I'm approaching him for the status of Ayushman, Abha cards with RC number after almost 2 weeks he is not responding to calls or messages after repeated attempts. He may have cheated other public also by overcharging without doing the actual work for which the money has been paid to him.

So please look into the matter urgently & take necessary action against the mentioned Maha E Seva Kendra owner so that we can get the necessary government services at the earliest without any delay at the right time & right price.

My name is Gomtesh Patil. Recently I applied for income certificate in Maha E seva kendra which is situated in 7th lane rajarampuri, kolhapur. The owner name is Prakash Nar. The actual fees for respective application is Rs.34 and he is taking Rs. 350 for the same application. I kindly request you to get immidiate action on it.

I have submitted the passport renewal documents to MAHA E SEVA KENDRA MHATALWADI PHATA PUNE . 2250/- were charged to us immediately.
On repeated visit there I have been told that the concerned officer is absent from duty and our application cannot be submitted.
Needs justice .

If your website is true about people then find out from your side what's going on their at "Mahi Seva Kendra at doodh dairy". taking too much money for single form which is not necessary from 1 person 4-5 thousands for adhaar or another document for sign of government workers which are working on post . If this ligle then show people from your gov. program

I applied for Income certificate and Domicile certificate from Maha E seva kendra. After 30 days of submiting the documents the no work was done and I was given stupid excuses for next 10 days. After arguing next 10 days the lady said your application was left by mistake please wait for next few days. The deadline to submit the documents is nearby now. These documents are very essential for my carrer. Please take the necessary action on this...

PF withdrawal claim rejected against ref no. GNGGN[protected] dt 19th May 2022. The claim is processed through Eseva [protected]@ devu road by Mr Parshuram [protected] Now he is not responding from last 20 days. Request to expedite the case & settle the claim on urgent basis. Need money for medical emergency.

I have given name change gazatte request to Maha E-seva kendra, Erandwane Pune on 28 March with 1400 Rs and necessary documents.
Till date I have not received my document nor is the contact person receiving my calls nor he provides and feedback to me.
Even office opens late (after 11 am) and closes early (before 5 pm) which is not feasible for me to visit him.
Please provide and inputs to me on how can I get my job done and please take necessary strict action against them too.

I wanted to reprint pan card. I visited eseva kandra. He told me fee for reprint of pan card is Rs.200. The e seva kendra is loacted in akurdi, pune.

On 26th Feb.22, my daughter mrunmayee Gholap applied for domicile certificate, so she has submitted all the required documents in maha e seva kendra, Sangvi Nr makan hospital Pune .But she can't get the certificate yet. No positive response from that firm..So my humble request is that please look at this subject..thanks

The following Maha E Seva Kendra in Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai which is still not open. The current operational hours provided by them is 9am to 10am and currently i am lodging this complaint at 9.30am and there are 4-5 people still standing in Q and hoping that the centre will be open.

Taking 300 Rupees for making caste certificate.

The maha e seva kendra chaged 180 rupees for the caste certificate which is unlawful.

The employee of this maha e seva kendra kashil owns a medical shop and behind the shop he has a e seva kendra. The makes the people wait for a long time and does not work properly. In between he entertains many coustomer of his medical.

They dont respond to phone call and dont even answer about documents required.

As its no is registered on e seva if we call them they just cut the call. What is the use of giving contact no in e seva list

The Maha E Seva Kendra in Ghodegaon(Junnar Phata) have very bad reviews regarding there support as well as charging extra charges on forms distributed over here...Adding they never start on time its almost 12pm and they haven't started the service where many people out here are waiting. I think the head authorities and department should look over it. If aadhar is mandatory for every citizen then the support given from other side is also and must equally maintain to balance.

The maha e seva kendra in padegaon, Aurangabad is run by Bhaginath Perkar. For all Maha-e-seva kendra it is mandatory to have a board outside describing prices for its services. But there is no such board there.
The Setu charges 56 rs. For issuing income certificate. He charges 150 rs. for the same. Even this price is different for different customers. Often the kendra is closed or the operations are hnbadled by some other person....

I had affidavit at taluka jawhar district palghar 401603. The person/officer charged me for the affidavit Rs. 100 rupee but gave me the receipt of 33 rupees. Please look into this matter. This centre comes under Jawhar Tahsil 401603.

I filled form for adhar name update. my name updated but wrong name updated in e seva kenda and ask for money which I paid already when I filled form..asking more money to pay to update addhar name.

Recently I updated my addhar name .I filled my name correctly.. but e seva Kendra office near shrishti chowk mamata sweets pimple gurav updated my name wrong.

I have applied ration card in maha E-seva Kendra behind Makan Hospital, Ganga Nagar, Shri Krupa Society, Old Sangvi, Pune, Maharashtra 411027.
On 23rd December 2020 but still I and getting answer it's still pending, when we applied they strength away said it will take 2month, we didn't called for it, after we are calling them they are just keeping us on hold and giving very childish answers, my uncle has applied in same time in different e-seva Kendra but they gets in 15days.
One day they say your ration card is in process after one signature left then your Adharcard need to link. This foolish answers finished now today they said 2 times your ration card has been rejected, but why? We are asking you on what basis, they don't have any answers just taking time, we are very much frustrated on this.

We are requesting you take some disciplinary action on this and need our money and documents back please

This E sewe Kendra in dhanori are very casual in their work, I had given all the documents for domicile in March itself but every time I call them they just give reason or just disconnect the call

The staff they have kept are not helpful at all

It’s really urgent as I have to submit the domicile in collage but they took more than 3 months and it is still not processed .

Please somebody help !

I am a notary but E seva kendra near my office is practicing as a notary by displaying bord of notary services done there add repersinting him as a notary...

There is one Maha E seva kendra in Aundh (31, AIMS Rd, Ward No. 8, Aundh Gaon, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra 411007)
i went for domicile cetificate. it costs 33 rs as shown on board, but they asked me 400 rs and for urgent work extra money. i asked them why not as rules 33 rs, they said this is not government office, this is agency. Is this center for citizens help or their help? There should be some regularities or fix charges for every work. This is nothing but loot of common man.

I have submitted my pan card name change document to maha e seva office chakan on 17 jan 2020. The agent of the maha e seva office did not submit the document till 15 feb 2020. To nsdl. He is not giving ack. Number to me because he did not process for submission. He was always giving fullish reason of submitting document and not giving proper response. This is really bad. So because of delay in pan card i need to pay some fine in bank. So please take some action against him.

I m facing a very worst attitude and rude behavior about maha e seva kednra employee, i m complaining about vinod mali & anuja mali maitree maha e seva kendra main road soni 416420 [protected] [protected]@gmail.com. Mr vinod is never available in this kendra for services, mrs anuja mali is very cruel women who is working there. She offered a advance fee which is higher than triple time of excluding charges of services and extending for the services till 1-2 month
There are lot of customers which is very suffered by her services, i was applied for 2 month before for a affidavit it concern about new light connection and give her 500rs an advance but till i m not getting affidavit from her, when i m visiting their office every time his office is closed and when i called to this number she never attend a call or reply with massage is call you later. When i m continue call to her then she told me that you can give your documents back i will never work on your matter. One other victim is the father of 2 child who give her documents for correction and it must to submit in 2-3 days but she give him this documents after 1.5 month later, this man is actually cried in her office because t=due to delay his child dont get admission in this college
I m really request to you please change the worker in this kendra or stop this # service given by her

I have applied for domicile certificate at maha e seva kendra, pimple nilakh, pune maharashtra. Owner name ravindra ingavle. As per goverment rules
Only 50 rupees fees for domicile certificate but this person charged me
1000 rupees almost 20 times more. They are really fearless and running a
Shop of corruption very proudly. Please do something for giving justice for
Every middle class regular tax paying indians.

Respected authority, i went to maha e-seva kendra located in deorukh (Only single center is there in city) where we have to change my wife's name on aadhar card. When we reached there at morning the lady staff said we need residential proof when we went for submission of that document at 4.13 pm she again refused to take the documents and not ready to go for further procedure regarding change name. She said she had to go for the another customer...
