Maha E Seva Kendra — not providing service even when on time at office

Respected authority, i went to maha e-seva kendra located in deorukh (Only single center is there in city) where we have to change my wife's name on aadhar card. When we reached there at morning the lady staff said we need residential proof when we went for submission of that document at 4.13 pm she again refused to take the documents and not ready to go for further procedure regarding change name. She said she had to go for the another customer at sakharapa where already e-seva kendra is there. We are not satisfied with the service and there is lack work proficiency in the staff.
So kindly look after my problem.
