Mahadiscom — Complaint about meter... Less electricity consumption more bill | |||||
My consumer no. Is[protected] billing unit 4867.. From last 2 months my billing amount are so high. We are very surprised that we were out of town during this period and nobody was at home to consume this margin of electricity. We dont have ac, cooler, gyeser or electronic stove to use high margin of electricity. We are only two person to use electricity then also we are forced to pay more than 2000/- bill. Several times i have complained but no action taken. I have mailed to their helpdesk team and costomer care. Before 3-4 months they have changed with new meter (Nobody from our side complained regarding the old meter then also they have changed with new one saying that they received the complaint regarding the meter).
