1)MSEDC billed me for 172 units and the meter reading was 173Units and the previous reading was Unit for the Month of February2013.
2) Subsequent months up to the month of April 2014 MSEDC had been billing on an Average basis based on this 172 Units stating that the Meter No 2089035 is faulty,
3) The Bill for May 2014 is based on the meter reading which was shown as 1650 Units and after deducting the previous reading of February 2013 of 173 units for 1477 Units for Rs 16508/-.
4) This means that I have been bill ed for February2013 to May 2013, ignoring all the payments of Rs 15250/- paid by me based on Average Basis.
5) The billing is incorrect, and give credit for Rs 15250/- paid by me during the period
