Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Account not activated

We have bought a new connection in Diva east in August 2015 however the account has not been activated till now. It is more than 10 months. Every time the officials at Diva office are saying that it will appear tomorrow but tomorrow never comes.
I think they are doing this malpractice to get the money from us through the agent they are associated with.

Could you kindly look into this issue and try to resolve this as soon as possible?3
