Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — after successful payment of re-connection charges meter not yet physically installed... consumer no.[protected]

Dear sir / madam,

I have paid amount of rs. 283/- to msedcl for re-connection on 1st nov. 2018 & mode of payment was online through website. My consumer no is[protected], bu : 4706

I am constantly followup with customer care of msedcl, they said me will do it in 2 days, but till date my meter not yet installed by msedcl.

Request you to please check and solve my issue
