Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Amount debited from bank but bill not paid

I paid Rs.1240 on 30th April 2023 11:23AM by scanning the QR code on the energy bill. The amount was debited from my account. But after checking on mahadiscom.com the bill was still pending. I have sent 5-6 mails to the customer help email.
Please kindly resolve my problem.
