Respected Sir /Madam, I had closed my meter permanently & paid final payment against consumer no. [protected], But silly mistake made by MSEDCL, they generated bill against this consumer No. How is this possible ? Mr.Akshay Shelke accepted my application for permanently close meter, He acknowledge this application at that time, when i call MSEDCL customer care they not properly answered how can i solve this issue ?
