Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — bill paid on 1st feb and 21st feb it became twice

I have paid bill of 500rs on 1/02/2019 through google pay. Today while checking through google pay i found that it was telling you have unpaid bill of 510 so i paid it today through paytm.

Please check and let me know whether it is adjusted in coming month bill or whether it is refunded back to my account.
