My consumer No. of[protected] and BU is: 0884
I have made bill payment of Rs. 68770/- on 12th Feb at 09:56 and got a confirmation from ICICI bank. Payment was made via MSEB mobile app selecting UPI payment mode where Beneficiary UPI address was tpsl.[protected]@icici and my UPI address was also of ICICI bank.

Account: XXXXXXXX3230

Transaction RRN:[protected]
Being both Beneficiary and my bank is ICICI bank, amount of transaction got debited but not credited. I checked with ICICI bank and they confirmed the payment successfully debited.
MSEB bill department personal are not well equipped with online transaction and just keep checking where they received money from bill desk (TPSLGovernment).
There is no clue where money got stucked and I am helpless here.
Tried checking at TPSL but there customer service phone no is shutdown.
