Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — Bill with higher consumption in spite of meter unserviceable complaint: Consumer No.[protected]

I have lodged a complaint against MSEDCL for meter not working since 01 year vide complaint no.[protected]. But in the month of Jul 22, average bill of consumption has been raised from 82 unit to 97 units in spite of meter not working. How is it possible to increase consumption? And meter was not replaced is purely companies responsibility so why should I bear the access amount? Complained twice for the same but issue was not resolved yet and MSEDCL is forcing me to pay the bills.
