"my msedcl (Maharashtra state electricity distribution company ltd) consumer number is[protected]. My bill for february 2016 dated 08/03/16 (Due date 28/3/16) was for rs 2610. This bill was paid online via billjunction (Transaction id[protected] on 23/3/16. However my bill for march 2016 dated 12/4/16 (Due date 02/05/16) amounting to rs 6890 showed the february bill as unpaid and included it as arrears of rs 2664.35 though i have already paid the february bill as detailed above. The march bill of rs 6890 was paid online via billjunction (Transaction id[protected] on 30/4/16. The error may therefore kindly be rectified and the overpaid amount of rs 2664.35 may be adjusted as credit in my next bill". This is the online complaint i sent to helpdesk msedcl on 23/5/16. That too after several calls to the call centre (Complaint no 3995760) failed to resove the isuue. I personally visited the sub divisional office on 23/5/16 and after waiting for neary 2 hours was rudely told by the official there that he could do nothing since it was an online payment and that i was to send a mail regarding the same to helpdesk msedcl. In response to my mail i got a request to send my bank statement showing debit of the february bill amount of rs 2610/-. I sent the required statement immediately on 23/5/16 as an attachment in the reply. Thereafter i have sent reminders on several occasions but have met a stony silence. Not even an acknowledgement of having received my mails. I simply do not know what to do further. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
