Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — complain about getting more electricity bill than normal bill

I m getting more electricity bill than normal bill.Im only using 1 fan 2 light 1 refrigator and getting around rs2000 bill every month whereas my neighbours get around rs 500 using same electronics.I really dont understand what the issue is.I have mentioned the address below.
I think there is some error in the meter box.
