Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — complaining about higher and wrong eb bills

Respected sir/madam

I'm residing at moraj riverside park, s5 wing flat no.103. My eb consumer number is[protected]. I have been continuously receiving wrong and higher bill. I have filed online complaint for more than 10times. But there is no response. For december month i have received eb bill for more than rs.7000/-. Immediately i have filed complaint in online and also personally visited the office and explained my problem. They told our staff will come and check the meter within 2 days. One eb staff has come 2 days after and told eb meter is problem but so far no action has been taken in this regard.in the mean time last month (January) also bill came for more than above rs.7000/-. Now it is showing total outstanding bill aa more than rs.14000/-. Kindly help me in this regard and resolve this issue by giving actual bill because in the last two month (December and january) bill unit was wrongly mentioned as what is mentioned in the november month bill.
