Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — complaint closed but no effect on billing | |||
Hi team, i have raised complaint number[protected] (Complaint - meter reading - correction) somewhere in 30 august 2017. I also got sms that its resolved but still there is no effect on billing amount. I am still getting average billing. I am not sure what resolution has been done on above complaint number[protected]. The complaint was regarding high billing in july 2017 month for 272 units because of meter display/faulty issue. After this till now average billing is done which i think is unfair because average billing does not give correct meter usage. I don't see any hope in getting this resolved. And i am also not sure how they are going to adjust my bills for the coming months. Call center person told me that from coming months bill will be adjusted but i don't see any change. Mahadiscom / MSEB / MSEDCL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 26, 2017 Laxmi Uttam Singh Chauhan's response Due to high electricity charges & complain done twice no necessary action have been taken yet. REQUEST TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION URGENTLY.

Every month the charges of electricity is very high. My consumer NNO.[protected] UNIT 4405. Request to look into the matter AS ITS VERY URGENT. PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION.
