Hi Team,
I got the huge electricity Bill due to in correct reading.
Complaint No.[protected].
Customer No.[protected]
I have raised it to MSEDCL Bhare, Mulshi, Pune office on 4 March 22. the person have corrected amount on my Bill after waiting in a queue for 2 hours, but when I tried to pay the Bill it is asking me to pay minimum amount which is double of corrected Bill.
When I reached to customer care, got resonse that they can not do anything as it is offline raised complaint and I need to take followup with the Bhare office physically.
Afetr 10 days also complaint in assigned status and not getting resolved.
Now I am also not able to pay bill online as it is not accepting corrected amount.
The staff is very arrogant and not supportive, would like to escalate this staff. they are not doing their work and troubling to common people.
Hope some one will consider this and take action.
