Authorities, there was a sudden power failure in my house and a few neighbors (Sr no 63/3, kedari nagar, wanawadi, pune-411040) today (11th of may 2018) around 7.30 pm. I'd called the consumer complain number at around 8.30 pn, the mseb executive spoke and i shared all the necessary details including my consumer number, problem regarding the power failure. To which he gave me a complain number as 8348414 and said that the required lightmen will arrive at your place by half an hour. We waited for 2 hours but to no avail. Your men didn't arrive nor they took the pains to call us. Lastly, we called the same consumer complain number but the line was busy, we tried with 5 other numbers, the story was same, all lines were busy, my sincere and honest question is that, are your men soo busy? Or simply the pull off the telephone line, so that they can party at late night? Is it only wriiten for show off that the lines are open 24*7???😂we didn't stop here, we went to consumer website and took the number of our division (Rasta peth) from mseb's official website but to our surprise, we found that the number was changed and they gave new number, which when we dialled was not existing😂👌seriously! You people are experts in fooling common man! If the number was changed why then it was not updated on the official website? Were you people waiting for any special occasion?? Well, when we don't pay the bill, you people immediately cut off our power and now when we are paying where are your men? Are they really on work? And why the hell your office executives do not pick the call? And why your men are never on time? Do they travel back in time? I can help them surely by gifting them with a new watch if you can't😂😂this is summer season, there is scorching heat out there, kindly fix our problem as early as possible.
