Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — consecutive wrong high electricity bills and non responsive to consumer complaints. | |||
I have newly purchased the flat in april 2018 and subsequently taken electric connection. My consumer i'd is[protected] bu 4595, bill unit name akurdi sub division. I am regullary getting bill since june 2018. The purchased flat is not been used on regular basis so the actual electricity consumption as on day is 5 units only. However, it is for 3rd consecutive month that you are sending me the bill assuming my consumption as 100 units per month. As i stated in my last month complaint that the electricity meter is placed at ground floor and is open for reading 24x7 to anyone. I can't understand why you send the bill without actual reading. This is 3 consecutive time that you have charged me rs. 590. Earlier 2 times i had paid you in excess of actual utilisation of electricity (As only 5 units is used and you had charged me for 200 units) I request you to immediately rectify my bill, else i would approach consumer court for harassment and mental agony. Also i would like to raise concern about the non functioning and inefficiency of the person responsible for noting the meter reading. Why should he be paid the salary from the taxpayers money if he is not doing his duty. I again request you to act immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
