Whenever they receive the call, scold at the consumer and tell not to call again, or they ask them that don't you have patience, or they ask are you the only one who have issue, come to office for complaint registration. They are real rude and just scold like we are their slaves and the phone number is not for the sake of calling. Please get rid of these people.
