Dear Sir,

It is hereby informed that our electric has been discontinued despite payment of electricity on time(12th Oct, 2016), Meter No.[protected]. It was not even informed before discontinuation of our electricity. It has caused a lot of inconvenience in our society for water as well. I request you to look forward in this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Payment receipt has been attached.

In my home from last 3 days(11/10/2016 to 13/10/2016) Mscb power not coming already informed to panhala Mscb office but till date not attend.
