Mahadiscom / Mseb / Msedcl — default bill for cons. n[protected] since july-2017

I am getting the default bill for cons. N[protected] meter of 150 unit per july -17 to june[protected] to 1050 rs) after july -18 getting 250 unit per mouth till now. I actual power consummation is not more than 60 unit per month use item/ time given below for reference,

I have the complained the three time online following complaint no: 7221297, 7698754& 8938894 complains close without change the meter. I had follow-up several time following the msedcl ambarnath office for same. Yet not change the meter.
I request to change the meter asap.
Please credit the difference amount of bill paid in my account.
