Dear sir / madam,
This is to inform that we are receiving electricity bill for every month on the due date of payment of bill which leads to payment with interest. The bill date for the month of july, for the above mentioned consumer number is 24.08.2016 and the bill is received on 02.09.2016 i. E. On the last date of payment without interest. This leads to inconvenience to pay the bill on 02.09.2016 itself which results in payment with interest. We have already lodged the complaint with your esteemed self earlier but it is not resolved yet.
We request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and get it resolved on urgent basis.
