We understand some people take wasooli seriously. But while doing that we also need to follow the rules.
My bill payment was delayed for 2 months and the representative came at my house to disconnect electricity. I as understand, 15 days of notice should be given to consumer. This was really bad treatment for me and my family.
They keep threatening for disconnection. I paid later on. But this is not the way to treat consumer and making our own rules.
