My power supply was cut off for pending payments.
July's pending payment was paid combining the august's payment on 14th august. The bill's last date was 31 august.
So,
Bill payment last date: 31 august
Bill paid on : 14th august
Power cut off : 21 august
When called on 21st august to customer care, they could see the online payment made but the main system was not updated. So they were not able to put complaint for get up the connection of power supply.
They made us to go and visit the sub division and sort the matter.
There is no excuses for the missing update for last 7 days payment made.
The reply from customer care was we cannot help in this.
And none of the wadia sub division landline call were pick from night to next day morning 11:30 am.
Spending all night with out electricity after paying the bill. Missed my important, struggles through out the night work and sleep, which we don't deserve after payments.
