Payment was made on 30.01.2018, duly supported by receipt.

On 6th feb one sms recd that payment was cancelled. Reason not known. No call etc recd to remind.

Sice years payments are regular.

Line cut by sndl staff without even asking for cash payment.

Lotvof mental harrassment occurred due to irresponsible behaviour.

Needs to be taken further for due action and resolution permanently.

Our meter not showing any reading from last 2 month but light bill provided to us is very high though I am not using that much of electricity so please provide OK meter as early as possible
