I have taken a flat in naigaon east in citizen co-op hsg society, my house has been locked and unused and in spite of this my bills show rs 9000, 13000, 4000, etc which makes it impossible for me to pay it online as i reside out of mumbai. I did still pay rs 1130 when i had to pay nothing more than a max of rs200 in the month of jan to avoid the late payment hassles. Customer care has never given a solution and they just hang up. Inspite of getting a letter that mentions i’ll have to pay only rs 60 for the locked flat every month stamped by a lady working at the electricity board, my meter was taken without me or the secretary of the building being informed.
