Here in my chawl 4 to 5 out of 10 -15 rooms stealing electricity . I think they temper meter or use some trick with meter to steal electricity. And they are using high electricity consumable equipments like A.C, FREEZ, WASHING MACHINE, motor AND many more items. I get to know recently they are doing it from past 10 years but never cought .due to that more peole in locality planning to do same .Some name which know whu started theft are eg. Jivan mule, bedu they are the beginner.
